Bein' As How You're Goin'

this is the NCCOM motto. Jesus commissioned believers to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Matt. 28: 19, NIV). In obedience to His command, COM urges members to carry the gospel as they go. Other biblical examples of carrying the gospel as we go are:

• Matthew 10:42 (NIV) "If anyone gives even a cup of cold water ... because he is my disciple, ... he will certainly not lose his reward."
• Matthew 19:19 (NIV) "Love your neighbor as yourself."

• Acts 8:26-39 Phillip's witness to the Ethiopian.
• Acts 16:12-15 Paul's ministry to Lydia.
